It has also become a habit for me to check the price again and again. I would say that I check it 10 times a day which is definitely very stressful. Especially when you have taken a trade and are continuously checking it, you experience emotions and mental exhaustion. I agree with your point that DCA is the best strategy and especially if you are doing it in spot, it gives you peace of mind.

Furthermore I would recommend that it is better to invest in strong assets like silver and gold. These are assets that will definitely give you profit in the long term and their chance of loss is low. So if you invest in these assets and that too through DCA—it gives you peace of mind.

Indeed, investment or investing is a game of patience. Many people live under the misconception that after investing in crypto that they will become very rich in one or two weeks but that is not the case.

As for me I have been waiting since the last bull run—it has been six to seven years now and I have not made big money yet. However patience is probably the only way forward and I have now adopted this game of patience. I have bought Hive, powered it up and I am waiting for good profit and income.
