Meriput is a large and complicated burrow system where a lot of Muriden live and it is commonly called Squeakborn. By nature they are curious, they are playful and they are also mischievous in nature but in terms of cleverness they are also very clever.
They are well aware of the coming dangers and especially they make a lot of effort to inform their close relatives about these dangers and use the sounds of special kinds of squeaks to warn their close relatives about the danger.
Earlier they were not so strong in their defense system but with time they have also learned very well how to defend themselves. To protect themselves, they use magic, swords and stones which are considered their defense system.
Yes today I want to discuss the Meriput Slinger monster card which belongs to the Death Element and in terms of mana cost its powers and abilities are very excellent but in terms of price it is quite expensive.
Lets learn about the skin and visual appearance of this monster card. It is a small mouse shaped monster card which is holding a very large slingshot in its hand and this is its defense system.
It has two very small legs which are bandaged and it is dressed in a battle outfit. For its defense it always remains alert and tries to defend not only itself but also its relatives and allies.
If you look at its background you will see the purple color which belongs to its Death Element. Overall this monster card is very beautiful. Along with its beauty it also has good powers and abilities.
It is only a 7 mana monster card that you can select in every mana battle which gives you a kind of flexibility. Even in low mana battles you can select it and take full advantage of its best powers and abilities.
Because it is a ranged attacker it is better to place it in the mid to backline position and take full advantage of its best powers. It will continue to attack enemy units with +4 every round and will continue to deal heavy damage to them.
Unfortunately this monster does not have any armor that can give protection to its health but it has health that is quite good according to its mana cost. And because it is a mid to backline position monster, its health will remain for quite a long time and it can stay in the battle for longer.
It has Speed 3 which increases its attack speed and also helps in making enemy units miss their attacks.
At maximum level it has four special abilities including Impede, Slow, Deflect and Redemption. Some of its abilities work to reduce the speed of enemy units, some abilities make different abilities ineffective and some also deal damage.
Let's learn about this monster and its abilities.
The first one is Impede. The benefit of Impede is that after every successful attack the Speed of the enemy unit is reduced by minus 1.
Normally if a monster has Speed 4 then after its successful attack its Speed becomes 3. And with the reduction in Speed the benefit is that they cannot attack as quickly and along with this they also fail to make the attacks coming from enemy units miss.
So, the biggest advantage of Impede is that after every successful attack, the Speed of this monster keeps decreasing by minus 1.
The second special ability is Slow which again reduces the Speed of all enemy units by minus 1. And this happens only one time meaning at the beginning of the battle the Speed of all the enemy units is reduced by minus 1.
Now this has a deep connection with Impede. If an enemy unit has Speed 4 then because of the Slow ability it becomes 3 and after every successful attack its Speed keeps decreasing further because of Impede.
And finally, a time comes when most of its monsters will have Speed zero which is considered its biggest achievement.
The third special ability is Deflect.
There are some monsters that have Corrosive Ward, Magic Reflect, Thorns, Return Fire and Blast/Splash Damage.
These are the special powers that keep dealing damage to the opponent but a monster that has the Deflect ability makes all these abilities ineffective and this monster will not receive any damage from these special powers.
In other words you can understand that the benefit of Deflect is to protect yourself from all these powers.
The fourth ability is Redemption. When this monster dies it deals one physical damage to all enemy units.
The special thing about Redemption is that after it dies, all enemy units receive one physical damage which weakens all those monsters to a considerable extent.
Its abilities are extremely good and powerful in relation to its mana cost.
Now let's talk about the important section of this content which is price and renting.
This monster card is currently available in the market at different prices. At the starting level you can get it for only $0.2 but as you keep upgrading it, at maximum level it will cost you around $23 which is quite expensive.
But if you look at its powers and abilities then according to them this card is reasonable.
Unfortunately if you look at the renting section this card is available only at Level 1, for which you only have to pay 1 DEC per day to get this card at Level 1.
Anyway its prices and upgrades in the market keep getting continuously updated so if you get this card at a reasonable price and get it at a good rent then you can add it to your deck and take full advantage of its best powers and abilities.
