A popular saying among Pakistanis is that if you have not visited Lahore, you were not born in the universe. The same can be said for Qom, which is one of the finest and most beautiful cities in Iran. If you have the opportunity to visit Iran and do not attend the Jamkaran Masjid, you are still not born.
The "MASJID JAMKARAN" is one of the most beautiful places in Qom city. The beauty of this location is that at night, the entire environment is illuminated with colorful lights, and on Wednesday nights, there is a large throng of visitors. A massive Jamkaran Masjid that takes about 20 minutes to trek from one corner to the next.
Jamkaran is a religious site dedicated to Muslims, where they come to give their prayers, wish for good actions, and pray for the resolution of their life's difficulties. A religious site is frequently packed throughout the day, but Wednesday night is the most popular. One of the Iranian citizens built the entire Masjid (MOSQUE).
The story goes that one of Iran's good people has a dream in which a spiritual person appears and tells him to build a mosque in this location and call it Jamkaran. When that individual discussed his dream with the government the next day, they did not deny him and instead listened to him. The individual who dreamed is spiritual and well-known in the city of Qom.
Fortunately, we will be able to explore this lovely location with my family. Shirkat Coaches took us to Jamkaran in the evening, and it took us about 40 minutes to get there. That night was very crowded, and there was a cold breeze blowing with small drops of rain falling.
It was one of the best moments of my life that I will never forget, spent with my family in such a beautiful setting, with beautiful weather and a colorful environment. We offered prayers and went inside the mosque. Most likely, it is not permitted to take photographs inside the Jamkaran, which is why I ceased taking photographs inside the Mosque.
However, I was able to catch some stunning images outside of the Mosque, where you can see the colorful lighting and the rainy environment. This location is always adorned with bright lights in red, green, blue, and white. These lights make the entire surroundings look beautiful and radiant.
I have some pictures of this lovely location to share with you, such as the first picture, which shows the Jamkaran structure, which is very well designed. This is a photo in which I attempted to capture all of the beauty of this location. Similarly, I attempted to convey the colorful lights, the Mosque tomb, the reflection on the tile, crowds around the mosque, and, of course, my selfie picture 😊😉
There are additional images of the Jamkaran from various perspectives and locations. The tower was decked out in stunningly gorgeous and bright lights. The tall tower from which Azaans are offered and drums and horns are beaten on special events. A beautiful and appealing location for photographers.
There are additional images that have been shared with you. That entire night was an amazing and memorable night, making Iran travel more fascinating and valuable. If I get another opportunity to visit Iran, I will undoubtedly return to Jamkaran two or three times because I enjoyed it the most.
This is an attempt on my side to show the best images from the Masjid Jamkaran, a beautiful place in Qom. I have shared the best pictures with you, and I hope you enjoy the photography as well as the reading. If you enjoyed the article, please leave a comment so that the next one will be even better. Thank you for sticking with me this far.
