Hustling is toxic; yes, the constant push for more at everything can be damaging to one's wellbeing.
My advice is to just focus on the things you are passionate about and don't rush everything. The time will come, and it will be an extraordinary journey to go in on.
The thing about it is that we see it in social media a lot. and we always see their success stories and how it made them who they are right now but they rarely discuss or show to the people the damage it caused them, mentally and emotionally. There's nothing wrong with hustling and working hard as long as you know how to manage your time, yourself and especially your mental health. No amount of money can fix you if you are damaged.
