We are ambitious to make a passionate community(family) of steemians where each and every healthy post(content) gets maximum appreciation and reward.

Vision statement

In the beginning almost every steemian struggles and a lot of healthy content generated by those newbs doesn't get enough attention or appreciation. This alliance will surely help them get maximum attention and will help the genuine steemians grow through continuous support from co-steemians.

Introduction

It's all about passionate bloggers and steemit users who want to earn and want to jump vertically up. It's newly made but highly growing DISCORD group, we appreciate healthy content through upvoting, commenting and resteeming. We help our members grow their blogging and writing skills as one can learn from other senior steemians and I would also love to answer your each and every query. Your skills will get polished with time.

Strategy

Our aim is to make this group more and more effective by raising the number and the quality of the our members.

We are going to add as many people to this group as possible to raise the numbers.

• It's obligatory for every member to add the group banner and a short introduction in each post.
• It's also obligatory to use "grandaliance" tag while posting.
• We will find out the struggling newbs and will share our server through replying their most recent posts.
• I will do a report based post every week covering the progress and justifying the decisions made and it will obligatory for everyone to resteem that post.

We are going to monitor and raise the quality of content through proper appreciation.

• Everyone will only be allowed to share two links per day in the respective channels.
• Everyone must upvote at least one post per day.
• Contests will be started soon to promote a competitive environment.

Note: Anyone who will not follow the community rules will be given one warning and if in case he/she ignores that will be kicked outta server for a greater good.
