Jogging

Usually i am too lazy to work out but

after i got covid virus last months i am afraid that my body cannot stand if i got sick again. So i am making my mind to still active in one day and i am interesting with actifit. so i can motivate to more active in the morning

first my rputine is just work

and sleeping and i realize that the routine like that is very bad to my body

so i am adding one actifity that is jogging around my neighborhood. Enjoying monday breeze and sun rays and with jogging at least i can refuce risk of getting hypertension

or diabetic or something like that. and here some picture i got from jogging around my neighborhood. so today report is 30 minutes of jogging in the morning is get 4500 actifit and i activate the app in the evening with just walking and work so i can get around 5k acitifit today. hoping i can get more actifit tomorrow.
