Steem Monsters Quests

One of the things I find more than a little irritating in the Steem Monsters Discord Channels is the number of high level players who complain that the packs are too easy to win in the Daily Quests.

Maybe it is for them but it certainly isn't for a number of us still working our way up the Bronze League. They say it only takes 15 minutes and, whilst I managed that a couple of times, it certainly isn't the norm.

Just out of interest I timed how long it took me to complete my quests one morning.

I took breaks when it got too frustrating but didn't count those in the time it took to win the quests.

This was the result:

Account 1 took 14 games and 37 minutes
Account 2 took 8 games and 15 minutes
Account 3 took 18 games and 46 minutes over 2 separate sessions - 4 times my splinter wasn't available and there were 2 errors when it said I fled from the field when I didn't
Account 4 took 16 games and 53 minutes over 2 separate sessions - this one was really frustrating as the splinter I was playing was missing for 7 of those 16 games
Account 5 took 8 games and 14 minutes
Account 6 took 8 games and 17 minutes

This took me all morning and some time after lunch to win 6 packs. This was also a better than normal day because I didn't come across many bots.

I really hope the rules aren't changed on the basis that the quests are too easy since, they are my only way to earn packs, now that levelling up your cards by playing them is no longer on the table.

I'm pretty sure I will never win anything in a tournament as I'm not good enough by a long way.

This is probably the best pack from I've ever won in a quest. Well worth having although I haven't learned how to get the best out of the Angel of Light yet. 😁
