A Walk Through The Woods

Every year in May Brighton and Hove hosts a big art festival. There are performances of all kinds in all the theatres and Streets, and Open Houses where local artists show their art and Sculpture trails in some of the bigger venues.

This photo was taken when we went to view a sculpture trail in Sheffield Park as part of the festival. We were drawn by the art but also by the fact that a temporary outdoor vintage cafe had been set up selling yummy coffee, tea and homemade cakes!

Whilst there we walked miles and miles through the various gardens and this part, through these bluebell woods, with the azaleas in full bloom, was one of my favourites.
