Taking Prayer Wheels for a Spin

One of the things I really loved about Nepal was how many opportunities there were for peaceful moments even in. what often seemed, like chaos.Even in the busy cities you can find calm within yourself by meditatively walking along a row of prayer wheels such as these and offering up a prayer/thanks as you gently spin them.

I can't wait to go back and re-experience it all.
