Apricot Roses in Profusion

I took this photograph of these pretty apricot roses in a park in budapest last May. They had a wonderful scent and I loved their delicate colour.

It is too early for roses here in the UK although the new shoots, at least, are beginning to grow.

Having had it so cold for so long roses are well behind their normal flowering season.
