This is a great way to create art that I stumbled upon by accident.I was going thru a whole lot of flower macros on my phone when I accidentally took a screen shot.The result was so cool that I suddenly realised I could use the screenshot in many ways.
I started out making birthday cards which went down so well that I started making canvas prints for presents.They are so colourful and bright that they bring some life to any room.They are also original!The point of difference is that flower macros as single images are beautiful for sure-but if you see too many after a while you become over saturated with them,amazing though they are.The screenshot is a mosaic of many individual images and so is totally different in style.
Kids love them and friends and family want me to print all sorts of things- curtains,pillows,even wallpaper for their kid's rooms.They are also a way to teach kids about flowers and nature and bring nature into the urban enviroment.I am an accidental artist!And enviromentalist(sort of)
So give screenshot art a try-you can also create some original art!
