And he is finally left with no other option than to play a deadly game where his life is the bet used in exchange for riches.
Squid game is a very interesting series, filled with drama, betrayal, love, lust, and ultimately death and survival. The main goal of the game is to survive long enough to win the cash prize of over forty-five billion.
So why do I love this series, it shows the love of a father. The main character after several failed attempts to win his daughter's love is left with no other option but to gamble with his life in the hope of with enough money to win his child back. It has other feelings or teachings it conveys like trust no one etc.
But the "love of a father" is the main reason why I love this show and have chosen it as my favorite. Even though it was initially hyped.
Plus I love the connection between the father and daughter, I smile every time I see them together.
This show tells the story of a very intelligent young man (Mike) who dropped out of school due to a reason I can quite recall. But the fact that he was broke became very evident as he was now forced to do menial jobs as well as illegal jobs(selling drugs), just to make ends meet.
One fateful day as mike went about with his illegal job of selling drugs, he arrived at the spot where he was supposed to meet his buyer. But clever mike, with his intelligence quotient rating of infinity, was able to spot some suspicious activities at the drop site, soon realizing that there was no buyer and it was a setup. He bolted out of the building dodging and escaping the authorities in the process. But as fate would have it, he finds himself in Harvey specter's office who was at that moment, moment searching for an intern. So to properly escape the authorities, he lies to Harvey's secretary claiming to be one of the applicants, who wasn't present at the moment.
He gets into Harvey's office and woos him with his big beautiful brain and sassy comments, even though he wasn't looking for a job at first, but in the end, he got the job.
The Duo eventually team up to become the badass lawyers, just like Batman and Robin only fight crimes, with suits, ties, and most times briefcases, even though mike had no background in law, as he dropped out before he could even start.
But Harvey who was aware of Mike not graduating from any law school, still accepted and employed mike anyways. Not because of his good looks but because he has an incredible brain.
I like this particular series, because of the level of teamwork between Harvey and Mike, a perfect Batman and Robin, if they were lawyers. They bend the law, break the law, remake the law, and shut down cases with a power suit, and tie. And they do it with finesse and swagger.
Making them the main reason why I still enjoy this series, even though there are other interesting characters present in the show.
And that's why the suit is one of my favorite tv shows.

Tiene otros sentimientos o enseñanzas que transmite como no confiar en nadie, etc.
Pero el "amor de un padre" es la principal razón por la que me gusta esta serie y la he elegido como mi favorita. A pesar de que en un principio fue exagerada.
Además me encanta la conexión entre el padre y la hija, sonrío cada vez que los veo juntos.
