Hardly the color red goes unappreciated, almost anything that is covered in red is attractive, it is a color that also looks good on both people with light complexion and dark skin, so it is necessary that we all have some accessory or garment of this fascinating color. Knowing this, I confess that I don't have any accessory or garment of this color. In view of this, I decided to solve this issue for the time being and I went to buy some beautiful red beads to make at least a small accessory. I got some glass ones that I chose immediately because their color is vibrant.

Difícilmente el color rojos pasa sin ser aprecibido, casi cualquier cosa que esté cubierto de rojo es atrayente, es un color que además queda bien tanto a las personas de tez clara como de piel morena, así que es menester que todas tengamos algún accesorio o prenda de vestir de este fascinante color. A sabiendas de ésto, confieso que no tengo ningún accesorio ni prenda de vestir de ese color. En vista a esto me dispuse resolver por lo pronto éste asunto y me fui a comprar unas bonitas cuentas de color rojo para elaborar al menos un pequeño accesorio. Conseguí unas de vidrio que elegí de inmediato porque su color es vibrante.

I didn't want to alter the color too much and decided to work with red Chinese thread. It is a very affordable yarn and can be worked in a variety of ways and have a nice finish. I like the style of several bracelets with different designs but with the same materials, so I combined a couple of them. The process below:

No quería alterar demasiado el color y decidí trabajar con hilo chino color rojo. Es un hilo muy accesible y que se puede trabajar de distintas maneras y tener un bonito acabado. Me gusta el estilo de varios pulseras con diferentes diseños pero con los mismos materiales, así que combiné un par de ellas. El proceso a continuación:

A detail that I want to tell you is that I had never put special care in using two sijetadores hooks when making a tie with threads, this time I decided to use them and the difference is abysmal, not only in the fact that it facilitates the work and we advance much faster, but also the knots are much better armed, in this sense I recommend using both hooks to temper the threads.

Un detalle que deseo comentarles es que nunca había puesto especial cuidado en usar dos ganchos sujetadores a la hora de elaborar un amarre con hilos, está vez decidí usarlos y la diferencia es abismal, no solo en el hecho de que nos facilita el trabajo y avanzamos mucho más rápido, sino que además los nudos quedan mucho mejor armados, en este sentido les recomiendo usar ambos ganchos para templar los hilos.

Now, we measure the two central threads and they will be approximately 40 centimeters long, we leave 10 centimeters where we will make a simple knot without tightening and we pass a thread through the hole of a red bead and then the other thread but in the opposite direction, in this way the first bead will be fastened with both threads at the same time.

Ahora bien, medimos los dos hilos centrales y serán aproximadamente de 40 centímetros dejamos 10 centímetros dónde haremos un nudo simple sin apretar y pasamos un hilo por el orificio de una cuenta roja y luego la otra hebra pero en sentido contrario, de esta forma la primera cuenta quedará sujeta con ambos hilos a la vez.

Now we pass a red bead on each strand of thread and we will have three beads. We pass both strands through the hole of a bead but in the opposite direction, repeating the previous pattern and thus we have four beads in the shape of a cross. Repeat the procedure until the desired length is reached. I only wanted this bead weaving detail in the center of the bracelet, so I only placed 13 red beads.

Ahora pasamos una cuenta roja en cada hebra de hilo y nos quedarán tres cuentas. Pasamos ambas hebras por el orificio de una cuenta pero en sentido contrario repitiendo el patrón anterior y así nos quedan las cuatro cuentas en forma de cruz. Repetimos el procedimiento hasta completar el largo deseado. Este detalle del entramado de cuentas solo lo quería al centro de la pulsera así que solo coloqué 13 cuentas rojas.

For the ends I made flat knots that honestly are the first time that I have had such good results and it was due to the use of the paperweight hooks. I made several knots on each side until I had a symmetrical size and for the clasp I also made flat knots since they have the characteristic of being sliding.

Para los extremos realicé nudos planos que honestamente primera vez que me quedan tan bien realizados y fue por el uso de los ganchos pisapapeles. Realicé varios nudos de cada lado hasta tener un tamaño simétrico y para el cierre también realicé nudos planos ya que estos tienen la característica de ser corredizos.

For the second bracelet I used elastic nylon and it has no more complications than alternating red beads and gold beads until the desired size is obtained. We tie the ends very well taking into account that we must end in a different bead to the one we used at the beginning to obtain the corresponding symmetry.

Para la segunda pulsera utilice nylon elástico y no tiene más complicaciones que ir alternando cuentas rojas y cuentas doradas hasta obtener el tamaño deseado. Amarramos muy bien los extremos teniendo en cuenta que debemos terminar en una cuenta diferente a la que utilizamos al empezar para obtener la simetría correspondiente.
