I know what it is now, lol, my neighbor did something like this but with willow, and his is still alive, he kind of shaped it at the top and placed it through itself to give it an effect of a fence. it's

have you got a post on the coins you found @nikv? I'd like to see them, I did find a plastic comb while sifting today, it looked quite new and didn't make sense why it would be there as this allotment

@nikv your garden looks amazing and in winter, you've done a great job. I've just gone and got myself another 2 cacti this morning and collected my other one from my mum's house as it's been there for

You must like your tomatoes, I've only planted 5 this year and one cucumber plant. Last year I had a massive yield from a tomato I was told about by some of the old-timers down the allotment. The tomato

I'll find out, just waiting for a day when I haven't got anything else to do and I'll strip it down and take a look. I found it interesting as from what I have been told my allotment has been used for

good guess :D :D

It's good to be back @steevc, I was guttered, I kept viewing hive and reading from my phone but there was nothing else I could do, I really didn't want to make a new account with how much time I have invested

Hi @steevc, I am back after a year, broke the laptop and that had my passwords on it, I did notice that you included me in the post but I just wanted to point out that I am an active user. cheers for the

thank you @shanibeer, better to reuse than be put in the bin, even if it makes the shed look bling :D

Thank you @nikv :D

We're all good mate, been away because I broke my laptop and couldn't remember my password to get in, a mate of mine sorted it out for me now, but I've written them down so I can get back in if anything

I never did make one, tbh I ended up siding with the butterflies, I made an enclosure to let the caterpillars live in to give them more of a chance to get to that stage, I built it out of 3x2s and covered

Do you remember dinky toys too? they were great. I used to get one with a pack of top trumps :D

I wanted to buy it but at the time I had no cash on me so I couldn't It would have looked great in the allotment shed.

I'm so glad I checked back to see the results @dannewton, I'm not too far from you I live on the boundary between Rotherham and Sheffield, and We don't get to see hummingbird moths like this, you are so

ayup, mate! been a long time hows you doing? hope you are keeping well. I just asked my mum the beer pong question and she said sometime in the 70s, she says she remembers when she was invited to a party

I think it is called a Euphorbia Lactea, but I'm not too sure as it's a while ago since I got it and when I google the name it looks different from what I have so, it could be anything. We do get snow

This is something I was looking into a few years back, and the sat up with your new-old one is one I was thinking about making myself. I never thought of using egg cartons myself, there was a blog I read

I still have my matchbox collection, well kind of, I couldn't find loads so I've been adding to the collection bit by bit when I got to car boot sales. I see them and I have to check the codes underneath

I get ya, give it a dormancy period like strawberry seeds? once they have cooled down they know then when spring is here and up they pop. My cactus is at my mothers house, so I might pop it in the garage
