I see it as being little different than most Communities who only curate their respective niche for a few different reasons. One being the limit of their stake to spread around meaningfully. That being said, I take issue with any promotion that offers profit or votes for simply delegating stake, because it is no different than the vote buying that was shut down in the past over ethics and it hurts curation on Hive in general
