Today I want to show how to draw a mosaic style butterfly.
Let’s get started.
Step 1. Draw a butterfly like in the photo below.
Step 2. Color the pattern like in the example below or choose your own colors. You’ll need watercolor pencils.
Step 3. Now this is how magic happens. Take a medium round brush and start adding water to your pattern.
See how much brighter our butterfly became after using water?
Step 4. Now, color the white parts with black brushpen or black watercolor, or black marker.
