The story goes like this...
There was a eurasian wren who worry too much on the stack and Of course, he had been worring very much.
A mom bird saw him on the stack and flew over the stack with her daughter.
“You know, worrying is no help at all. It never removes dangers or risk like whatifs,” the Mom said.
“Mom, then how could we not worry?” the daughter said.
“You need to use your time not worrying but trying something new with your wings and legs,” the mom said.
The mom flew higher and higher over the sphere.
And she mumbled to herself, “If you are busy to fly higher and higher, you don’t need a second to think about things that do not happen yet.”
In a meanwhle, there was a gunshot.
The eurasian wren got hit a gun, because he was so focusing on his worries so that he couldn’t see there was a hunter ahead. He fell on the ground.
This story is orginally inpsired by Korean traditional folklore and it might be a little different depends on one’s cultural background. But here the caligraphy is from a quote of the story meaning in Korean, “If you are busy to fly higher and higher, you don’t need a second to think about things that do not happen yet.”
The story truly helped me to think about what it means to worry if not happening at all. Sometimes worrying can be helpful when it helps to take actions though, but most of time, it doesn’t work that way. Worrying causes anxious thoughts.
