First of all, let us be clear - I have never objected to plagiarism and certain scanny comments being flagged. But we can all make mistakes, if someone plagiarised a photo, for instance, and apologises here on Steemit, it does not count because he did not go to discord to grovel. I have even seen a flagger tell the person who apologised that he will not accept his apology if he does not grovel. The idiot did and he was 'forgiven'. In other words, only a post which has a fault deserving of flagging should be flagged, not ALL posts by that person, however well made his next posts re. I think it is fair, but flaggers do not, as they can set an autobot to flag that person forever - earning them money - and...I would suppose, in your eyes, standing.

I have seen many posters who have never made a single post or comment (so that noboy can target them back), without any SP of their own, only from 'steem', spend the day attacking all kinds of posters who did nothing wrong and some even made very interesting posts. Since no one can communicate with these so-called justice warriors, some people get so frustrated they drawdown and leave.

Saying good riddance is not the answer.

You obviously only see the part of the problem you are interested in, but do not look to see how encouraging and rewarding flagging is causing damage.

Just as there are bad posters who need to be punished, so are there bad flaggers.

You have never seen posts being punished for being conservative, anti globalist? I have, with most of those posters leaving Steemit, and I too have been 'punished' / flagged for posting anti-vaccine news - AND the flagger TOLD me it was WHY he was flagging me. For instance, my saying that the courts have paid out over $4billion in damages from vaccines makes my post an enemy of steemit and I must be flagged. The flags came from some very big posters so I could not even try to open a debate with them as they are too arrogant to respond.

For months now I have been posting 2 to 5 posts a day (of my story) and because those worthless non-poster sh*ts flagged me, I Declined Payout...until another poster suggested I set a beneficiary. I have had no rewards for over 2 months, apart from the odd tenths of a cent - so yes, I am angry.

I did place a message at the end of those posts explaining why I decline rewards (because of not being judged by my peers but by useless bums who have contributed nothing to steemit). If nothing else, that is a form of Steemit humiliating good posters. I have asked, at various times and places, that it be made a strict requirement that nobody can flag if they have not made any posts or comments of their own. I am ignored, so I am angry and when I see posts like yours I get even angrier.

I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, so typing this answer has hurt me, but I did so in the hope you can see there is an injustice and argue for some common sense rules to be put in place.
