A platform survives because of it having a large mid-sized spread, with new posters joining and working their way up.
Everybody I know has a negative opinion of Steemit and so do I. To the point where I have totally lost interest in trying to earn anything. NOTb ecause of the low value of Steem, but because of the witnesses and whales endlessly making new rules to strengthen their position and increase their earnings, while anyone with less than 100,000SP has no chance of growing.
I might be here and posting for my own reasons, but it has nothing to do with making friends here (I had made many friends, but they all stopped posting here) or with making a few cents per time-consuming creations of posts that hardly anyone reads. I see that even writers who used to earn well and have many readers have few or none.
In other words, Steemit has done what it can to chase away anyone who really cares about contributing. They came up with a BS theory that if they halve the share of our rewards and if they fund those (with potentially our pool) to flag us...we are all going to do so well that we'll stay on the plantation...
RE: Why Steem fall abruptly from the recent pump 15.8 to 12.7: a 20% drop?
