Hello everyone I hope you are wonderful, this time in one of my artistic processes we have photography today. I will express myself in plants and flowers, which in this case is "Lochita". It is a small plant, also known as Centella Asiatica, lochita grass, male watercress, penny or peseta, which belongs to the Apiaceae family. It is a creeping herb with kidney-shaped leaves, simple on a petiole, small white flowers, dry fruit, indehiscent.
The lochita is an herb that is used throughout the plant for medicinal purposes. Among its properties it contains tannins, mucilages, resin, free amino acids, alkaloids, fatty acids. It is an excellent adaptogen, oxygenating the brain, healing, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, helps the nervous system, is an effective revitalizing of organic tissues, prolongs life, increases energy and sexual potency.
Lochita or Centella Asiatica is a medicinal herb that provides many health benefits, among them, mainly, it helps to enhance the production of collagen, the protein that intercedes in the skin, joints, bones and muscles, provides strength and firmness to these tissues and paralyzes flaccidity. Asiatoside stimulates fibroblast activation and collagen in vitro, which gives it a clear revitalizing action, very useful for repairing damaged skin.
