My next Vietnam trip will be Hoi An and Hue - maybe in October if we're ever able to fly again. LOL It's a REALLY cheap flight from here (like $100) and less than 2 hours flight time. WE just had Vietnamese for dinner - my daughter made the little rolls using the wild pepper leaves from our garden. YUM!
