I LOVE lotus and we have new buds forming as the rains come in and the humidity rises. I'm eternally conflicted - I ADORE the white one, until I see a pink one. 😍

WE routinely eat lotus seed and use it in cooking - and enjoy the blooms as the daily buddhist reminder that purity always arises from the mud.
