Greetings, hivsartics. In today's installment I want to share with you a piece made with paint (I hope later to be able to buy watercolor paints, as they are my goal). I simply wanted to create a piece and listening to music (Spotify on shuffle), I have let myself get creative.
Why on book leaves is because I own a lot of books (some complete and some unleafed) in deplorable states that have been damaged by humidity and even some rodents, but knowing their state I decided to keep them, recycle their leaves and make art with them, apart from the one they already are. Because each book is a portal to learning, adventure or love.
For this delivery N° 9 I present to you A glass of wine accompanied by a beautiful butterfly. The colors were achieved in different layers. Lately I really like line art, the one that is achieved by drawing with a single stroke, like the effect of a thread. I really liked the result, although obviously I can improve for future deliveries.
Saludos, hivsarticos. En la entrega de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una obra hecha con pintura (espero más adelante poder comprar las pinturas de acuarela, ya que son mi objetivo). Simplemente quise crear una pieza y escuchando música (Spotify en aleatorio), me he dejado llevar por la creatividad.
El porqué sobre hojas de libros es debido a que poseeo muchos libros (algunos completos y algunos deshojados) en estados lamentables que se han dañado por la humedad e incluso algunos roedores, pero sabiendo su estado decidí quedarmelos, reciclar sus hojas y hacer arte con ellos, aparte de la que ya son. Porque cada libro es un portal a la enseñanza, a la aventura o al amor.
Para esta entrega N° 9 les presento Una copa de vino acompañada de una hermosa mariposa. Los colores fueron logrados en diferentes capas. Últimamente me gusta mucho el arte lineal, ese que se consigue dibujando con un solo trazo, como el efecto de un hilo. Me gustó mucho el resultado aunque evidentemente puedo mejorar para futuras entregas.

Before starting, we must organize ourselves very well. Gathering all the materials we will use is a good start. We must also choose a quiet place, with good lighting, dry, spacious and cleanable. This way we will be comfortable and there will be no inconveniences to carry out our work.
Antes de comenzar debemos organizarnos muy bien. Juntar todos los materiales que utilizaremos es un buen inicio. También debemos escoger un lugar tranquilo, con buena iluminación, seco, amplio y que se pueda ensuciar. Así estaremos cómodos y no habrá inconvenientes para realizar nuestra obra.
Segundo. Para darle un fondo distinto, yo utilicé pintura azul diluida en agua. Lo apliqué y esperé a que secara.
Second. To give it a different background, I used blue paint diluted in water. I applied it and waited for it to dry.
Third. On the sheet already painted blue, I proceeded to draw the cup and the butterfly. Only with pencil, without the need to sharpen much. And trying to show the fluidity of the drawing. The butterfly is not with line art, but the strokes are simple.
Tercero. Sobre la hoja ya pintada de azul, procedí a dibujar la copa y la mariposa. Solo con lapiz, sin necesidad de afincar mucho. E intentando que se vea la fluidez del dibujo. La mariposa no es con arte lineal, pero los trazos son sencillos.
Fourth. I proceeded to add paint to what would become the wine inside the glass. For this I first applied the purple color and let it dry, after that, I added a little red and some brown to achieve the color I wanted.
Cuarto. Procedí a añadir pintura a lo que vendría siendo el vino dentro de la copa. Para esto primero apliqué el color morado y dejé que secara, pósterios a eso, añadí un poco de rojo y algo de marron para lograr el color que quería.
Fifth. I proceeded to paint with black the line of the cup, everything that conforms it as such, the edge. For this I used the tip of the eyeliner that is used for makeup, the tip is perfect for this detail and is that the blade itself is small.
Quinto. Procedí a pintar con negro la l{inea de la copa, todo lo que la conforma como tal, el borde. Para esto utilicé la punta del delineador que se utiliza para el maquillaje, la punta es perfecta para estos detalle y es que la hoja de por si, es pequeña.
Sixth. I began to apply color to the butterfly. I did this by mixing orange and red in different layers. I also outlined the outline of the butterfly before applying the last layers of color because I could no longer distinguish them well. At the end I outlined the whole butterfly and the effect of the wings was by applying more darkness on the tips and in the center or where the wings came out I applied white stippling to provide clarity. To the cup I also applied some white to give it a shiny effect in the wine area, and I shaved the lines of the cup also giving it more solidity and shape.
Sexto. Comencé a aplicar color a la mariposa. Esto lo logré mezclando naranja y rojo en diferentes capas. También realié el delineado del contorno de la mariposa antes de aplicar las ultimas capaz de color debido a que ya no podía distinguirlas bien. Al final delineé toda la mariposa y el efecto de las alas fue aplicando más oscuridad en las puntas y en el centro o de donde salian las alas apliqué puntura blanca para proporcionar claridad. A la copa también le apliqué un poco de blanco para darle un efecto de brillo en el área del vino, y rapasé las líneas de la copa también dandole más solidez y forma.
Seventh. Finally, I outlined some contours with black, highlighted the color and fixed with school glue the Artemisart logo created on paper on the sheet.
Séptimo. Para finalizar remarqué algunos contornos con negro, resalté el color y fijé con pega escolar el logo de Artemisart creado en papel en la hoja.
