Thank you :) They are a bit like potato pancakes. We eat them with sour cream and salt. :) You can make them sweet as well, but we prefer the ones with salt. :)

So true! :) When we moved in to our homestead - there was no toilet or shower and for a while we lived like that. But bit by bit, we create these little "luxuries" and we value them so much more.
