Hello Steemians!
When I make collage art, I experience something internally different than when I paint. I juxtapose pictures together, and throw shapes and colours into the composition in order to make contrasted but balanced harmony through the whole artwork. That way the artwork is active, and allows the viewers eye to travel from place to place in a fluent fashion. Pictures from magazines have a lot of information on them and visual stimulation needs calming down once in a while within an artwork.
