Assalamu alaikum and hello to my activity community. I hope you are all doing good. I am also doing well. In this blog I am going to share my physical activity with you guys. I hope you will enjoy this activity report. Today I got up very early in the morning. I had my breakfast and after that I did some domestic Church then I go to my workplace I returned from my workplace at about 5:00 p.m. After resting for a while, I contacted my friend Imran Khan to join me in my today's walking and running ativity. Today I decided to go for a different place join my walking activity. It is a beautiful place. I like to go these kind of places because nature is in abundance in these kind of green places. The farmers were working in the fields. The farmers were watering the plants and fields. They were watering the plants from the water of tubewell. I asked him to start jogging on this beautiful natural place. Te track was fuly surrounded with plants and green trees. There were few people who were busy in teir evening walk. We decided to reach at Railway station adda Pai Khel h is almost 3 km away from Pai Khel city adda. So we reached Railway station by joghing in few minutes and returned towards Pai Khel city adda. We were completely sweat. Our bodies were very hot. We were out of breath but it was a wonderful jogging experience. After awile I did jogging. Most of the times we only do walking and don't do jogging. So today was a different experience. The sun was setting in the west and the rays of sun were reflecting in the water of canal. The beautiful sunset view was something special for me. I captured these moments in my mobile camera.
