I am happy to share my photographic knowledge, so it is a pure pleasure for me to help! I don't recommend it, because in a totally dark sky you only get the moon and a completely black sky without stars and clouds. The moon's exposure parameters are too low to illuminate the sky, stars, or landscape element along with the moon. Therefore, it is better when it is generally still relatively bright outside. Unless you just want a photo similar to mine with a black background, you can do it at night :)
