The initial stages of that painting look good already! Which I find a bit unfair, haha. Pardon my ignorance but where are you precisely and who is that a statue of? I've seen variations of it, one that I saw a relief of in Greece...but I believe that was a relief of Lilith, also depicted as part woman part animal.
