Also I think Enchanted Chariot is seriously undervalued card - Chariot paired with Divine Coronet makes it possible to receive it immediately back to your hand after getting the boost.

The budget version of the deck would probably have Hortuk removed. Ember Onis and Giramonte are still relatively cheap as well as many other cards. But Divine Coronet one of course needs to run the combos.

Respecting the theme given there are three possible starting moves (Qd7, Qe6, Qd3). Qd7 and Qe6 clearly do not work so attention will shift to Qd3. Which works but I will not go through the variations
