Tnx, @pegarissimo! I've used in first place Autodesk Sketchbook on android to draw/record first part, then regular PS and record it via VLC. Soon there will be short tutorial how to make this whitout rotations and zooms (if you would like to record your work screen directly), but it also have some minuses like you cannot record line/stroke is drawn in real time, but only full stroke appears (you can notice it in video process).
