Happy Mothers' Day
There's really no celebration at home - - it was the same chaotic day. No day off for mommy on Mother's Day, and every day!
I spent some time on the phone with my mother in the Philippines, catching up on recent happenings back home - quarantine, health, food, all stuffs.
Arts with Little Miss
This Little Miss loves to do watercolor arts. This is the only way I can make her sit with me for a long time -- arts. Any other homeschool related, oh well, is a different story. LOL
Here's our outputs for today. Top row, Mommy. Bottom row, Little Miss.
Look, she even blended some colors to achieve her desired tone. I'm not an artist myself, so we just do whatever. Haha.
I love doing arts with my kids. It relaxes me somehow. As for the kids, of course they nourish their creativity and get amused each time they are able to "produce" something.
Endless thanks to my mother.
For her love and care, and the wisdom that never ceases. She still is my greatest advisor. I value her inputs so much. For everything that you have done for us, thank you. I love you, I miss you, and I am sorry for all the heartaches I have caused you.
They made me a mother.
To these three. The reasons I am called a "mother". Each of you have a part of my heart with you.
I fell in love at first sight, three times.
Remember, I got your backs. Always.
To all the mothers out there, Happy Mother's Day. Today, and every day. You are special.
To everyone else, we will only have one mother in our lives. Love them. Love them. Love them. Make them feel special not only on Mother's Day. Make every day your Mother's Day. She deserves it.
