I took advantage of the weekend and went up north to my uncle's Winery Abaya. Situated in the western Galilee, the winery produces some of the finest boutique wines in Israel, made by my uncle - a walking inspiration to me and a winemaker with a holistic, biodynamic approach to wine and life (you can read about him and his work here (He) or here (En)).
