We sensed something epic was about to happen seeing the patchy clouds form late afternoon. The recipe for potentially a great sunset. However, it was one of those times, a couple times a year, you just knew this was going to be special. And it was… This could have been multiple posts, however, it just needed to be one.
These photos were taken today (Saturday) just south of the Santa Monica Pier near Lifeguard Tower 24 and 25 in Ocean Park Santa Monica with the Malibu Mountains in the background.
