Two cats make spring

Hello everyone dear friends and welcome back to my blog. This morning I had a lot of fun painting a subject that I particularly love. It is a small corner of an ancient village with the presence of two cats in the spring sun. I portrayed a scene that we can see in every country in the world, two sly cats enjoying the sun, all embellished with plants and flowers.

I leave you some photos of the watercolor finish, where I used red ocher to illuminate the wall and cerulean blue to liven up the shadows.

Due gatti fanno la primavera

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Stamattina mi sono divertito molto a dipingere un soggetto che amo particolarmente. Si tratta di un piccolo angolo di un borgo antico con la presenza di due gatti al sole di primavera.

Ho ritratto una scena che possiamo vedere in ogni paese del mondo, due gatti sornioni che si godono il sole, il tutto abbellito da piante e fiorellini. Vi lascio qualche foto della finitura dell'acquarello, dove ho usato l'ocra rossa per illuminare il muro e il blu ceruleo per vivacizzare le ombre.

Spero che il mio nuovo acquarello vi piaccia e vi mando un abbraccio al sole di primavera.
