Observing the view - watercolors on paper

Hello everyone dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. After a few days of hiatus I am back to share a watercolor painting I made yesterday. As you can see it is a pair of figures in the foreground, grandmother and granddaughter, or mother and daughter, from behind observing a richly detailed view. The roofs of the houses I painted in front serrude to frame the scenery below that opens to view.
I tried to give the subject a festive atmosphere with the typical colors of spring in a Tuscan village.

Osservando il panorama - acquarelli su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Dopo qualche giorno di pausa torno a condividere un dipinto ad acquarello che ho realizzato ieri. Come potete vedere si tratta di una coppia di figure in primo piano, nonna e nipote, oppure mamma e figlia, che di spalle osservano una veduta ricca di particolari. I tetti delle case che ho dipinto davanti serrvono ad inquadrare lo scenario sottostante che si apre alla vista.
Ho cercato di dare al soggetto una atmosfera di festa con i colori tipici della primavera in un borgo toscano.
