Well, all over the world there are different structures. Buildings, antique pieces, furniture, statues and so much more.
Here is a picture of a very unique shoe structure

Might as well be some giant鈥檚 long lost shoe馃槀
Anyways, this is a form of structure shaped as a shoe. Very interesting!
