These beautiful mushrooms grow mainly in autumn on oaks and its roots.
The shape resembles a large tongue,
and the pulp is very fleshy and very dense ...
Younger mushrooms has a pinkish-red colour, and it darkens with age.
In the cut, the flesh resembles either meat or the liver ...
It does not require preliminary heat treatment...
So I cut them into thin slices,
and then soak in sour cream, salt and pepper sauce.
After 10-15 minutes, dip into flour and send to the frying pan.
Fry each side for 2-3 minutes and the dish is ready to eat!
This mushroom has an acidic taste, as the content of vitamin C in it is 10 times higher than in lemon ...
Perhaps not everyone will like it, but at least once in a lifetime, everyone should try this mushroom !!!
Bon Appetit)
As always, all the photos are original and taken by me,
and mushrooms harvested, respectively, also by me)))
