The irony is that the PC party has spent piles of money to dig this up, only for it to backfire on them, as Trudeau's behavior while prime minister has been extremely pro-immigrant, pro-minority and pro-LGBTQ, while Scheer can't even cough up an apology for saying that gay people are dogs.

If that's the best the PC party could dig up on the guy, they've got some serious learning to do. The tactics used in the US and the UK aren't nearly as effective in Canada.
