This office tower was designed by architect Jean Nouvel, and is located in Barcelona, Spain. Although it's overall form, scale, and facade are impressive, it has been a commercial failure, as owners struggle to keep tenants. Lack of light penetration through the facade louver system into the deep floor plates, and the awkward circular shape are among occupants' complaints.
