Ned said "Nǐ hǎo. Nǐ hǎo ma" (你好。 你好吗) , meaning "Hello. How are you?"

(42:00) definitely I am happy to attend for sure as long as the Steemfest is (?)

There was some "debate" to find whether he said "... as long as the SteemFest is... (eh)... holding in Asia." or "... as long as the SteemFest is... not holding in Asia". Hard to grab it because of his Chinese accent ;)
