32GB is enough to run a witness node (for now^tm)

Take a snapshot of your node
Use compiled version of hived
Copy it with your config.ini file to your new server and change the witness key.
Download block.log
Reload snapshot.
Switch block production key.
Done!

Shouldn't take more than a few hours.
