Tomorrow 22 February 2022, the long-awaited Hive Authentication Services will officially go live.
We have been testing it for several months with several users and developers actively participating in the beta. I would like to thank them for the awesome work and feedback that has been provided and which has made it possible to improve and refine this project.
We, developers, like to play with numbers and the date of 22.02.2022 (French date format) seemed quite appropriate and easily memorable.
Therefore, starting this Tuesday, February 22, 2022 starting 00:00 UTC, the Hive Authentication Services will be publicly available for anyone to use.

Once again, the combination of the Hive blockchain and this new service should revolutionize the way users authenticate on their applications.
In view of the many phishing attempts that have emerged recently, I can only welcome the release of HiveAuth, which should drastically reduce the leakage of keys or passwords.
