The price for packs will be $5, which can be paid with credits or with 5 script. If script is trading below par value then players are able to get a discount on pack purchases by using Script as their payment choice.
Bonus Packs
Players can get bonus packs. If players purchase 100 packs they can burn 5 colony to get an additional 5 packs. If players purchase 500 packs they can burn 50 colony to get an additional 50 packs. If players purchase 2000 packs they can burn 350 Colony to get an additional 350 packs.
There is a promotional legendary airdrop card that pre-sale buyers will have exclusive access to. For every 50 packs a player purchases they will receive 1 aidrop card. The airdrop card has a 4% chance of being gold foil.
For every 1000 packs that a player purchases they are guarenteed at least 1 gold foil legendary promotional airdop card.
There are 5 cards per pack. When opening packs there is a
0.8% chance a card in a pack will be legendary
4.8% chance a card in a pack will be epic
24.8% chance a card will be rare
69.6% chance a card will be common
4% chance a card is gold
Every pack that is opened is guarenteed to have at least 1 rare card.
Splinterlands offers back buyers "Potions" which can increase the liklihood of a legendary card or a gold foil card. We have something similar here.
Dynamic Flux doubles your chance (0.8% to 1.6%) to get a legendary card.
Gold Flux doubles your chance (4 to 8%) to get a gold foil card.
1 Flux will increase the odds for 1 card out a pack of 5 cards.
0.08 SCRIPT per Dynamic Flux
0.1 SCRIPT per Gold Flux
500 Flux = 40 Script + 50 colony
2500 Flux = 200 Script + 375 Colony
500 Flux = 50 Script + 50 colony
2500 Flux = 250 Script + 375 Colony

In Moon Karts there is a concept called fuel. Fuel isn't required when playing the F2P version of the game, but it is required when playing the P2E version of the game. You only earn tradable rewards in the P2E version of the game, and that means generating and consuming fuel.
In order to race your car and receive rewards you need fuel. In order to generate fuel you need extra nfts and Script staked in your autovault.
The math for this gets tricky, but at a high level let's say you have a nice racing kit. If you want to race 5 times a day you'll need 5 of approximately the same level kit staked in the garage generating fuel. To stake any NFT you also have to stake 2 Script.
So, if your racing load out has 10 max level commons you'll want 10 max level commons staked in the autovault generating fuel and you'll need 20 Script along with it. That will generate enough fuel for you to race once per day. There is no maximum amount of fuel you can store. If you want more races you'll need to race a more humble car, increase the amount of cards you stake, or buy fuel from the market.
