A natural viewpoint: Nueva Gerona from the heights (With family and friends) 📍

Today I want to share with you one of the most beautiful experiences of my recent visit to one of the most popular natural places on the Isle of Youth, Cuba.
We decided to do some hiking and went up to the Sierra Las Casas. The reward upon reaching the top was simply spectacular.
The Tour and the Company:
There is nothing like doing these tours with good company. This time it was a plan with family and friends. Climbing the mountain, feeling the fresh air and the laughter of the group made the walk totally worth it.
From the viewpoint we were able to appreciate the island city of Nueva Gerona from a unique perspective. If you look closely at the photos, you can notice:
· The curious grid layout of its streets.
· The mix of white and red roofs hidden among the lush vegetation.
· In the background, the immensity of the sea and the mountains that embrace the city. It is a postcard that you never tire of looking at.
Without a doubt, going up to this viewpoint is a mandatory stop if you ever visit the Isle of Youth. Sometimes the best luxury is to stop to admire the landscape and be grateful for the moments shared.

Un mirador natural: Nueva Gerona desde las alturas (En familia y con amigos) 📍
¡Hola, comunidad de Ecency y viajeros de Worldmappin! 👋
Hoy quiero compartirles una de las experiencias más bonitas de mi reciente visita a uno e los lugares naturales más populares de la Isla de la Juventud, Cuba.
Decidimos hacer un poco de senderismo y subimos a la Sierra Las Casas. La recompensa al llegar a la cima fue sencillamente espectacular.
El Recorrido y la Compañía:
No hay nada como hacer estos recorridos con buena compañía. Esta vez fue un plan en familia y con amigos. Subir la montaña, sentir el aire fresco y las risas del grupo hizo que la caminata valiera totalmente la pena.
Desde el mirador pudimos apreciar la ciudad isleña de Nueva Gerona desde una perspectiva única. Si observan bien las fotos, pueden notar:
· El curioso trazado de cuadrícula de sus calles.
· La mezcla de techos blancos y rojos escondidos entre la frondosa vegetación.
· Al fondo, la inmensidad del mar y las montañas que abrazan la ciudad. Es una postal que no te cansas de mirar.
Sin duda, subir a este mirador es una parada obligatoria si alguna vez visitan la Isla de la Juventud. A veces el mejor lujo es detenerse a admirar el paisaje y agradecer por los momentos compartidos.
