ARB stays for Arbitrum, which is an Ethereum Layer 2.

It's a good news because LEO is a native Arbitrum token, so when this network will be (re)enabled on Maya we will be able to buy/sell LEO for any token available on Arbitrum (ETH, BTC, USDC, etc).
