a Blue face dead birds/Chicken could be idendificated as an Avian Influenza maybe?. i wish it's not that bad but you better get a away from them or just release them on the yard. i know because i've had the experience of that freaking Avian since it took a way a bunch of chicken out of my hand a years ago :(
