Thanks! Will watch now. From what you summarized this is exactly what I thought as well! Too much crap in the world, too many unnatural things that our bodies just don’t have time to adjust to. Evolution of the human body took hundreds and thousands of years, but industrial and technological revolution took only about a 100 years to get where it is now... and our bodies and minds and cells fall behind, as living organisms we can’t catch up.
