This is not only anti-government protest, this is a Saudi-funded pro-Israel anti-Lebanese planned for riots from the very beginning. The people have the right to protest peacefully for the right causes that harmed them by the evildoers, but when the evildoers push people to riot against those who are trying to fix the wrongdoings of the evildoers it's only a crime against the people.
