Do you trust the Turks? Whoever did it is a criminal because they're targeting civilians directly, even if there's a large group of terrorists no one is allowed to bomb a place where civilians are there, if the Syrian government ever used that practice the terrorists would have been finished off when they started in Homs and Daraa in the very first week.

The YPG are capable of doing this but Turkey's own terrorists are more likely to do such heinous crimes as they've done so countless times before.
