Who still remembers this legendary game called Metal Slug? This has been my favorite game since I was playing Play Station until now when I started playing it on my smartphone.
This is an old school war game with the character as a soldier, we are given the mission to shoot every enemy in front of us, even though the game set up is a little different from the one on PS, the excitement of playing this game still feels the same.
The graphics of this game are good, but the animation continues to follow the animation style like Metal Slug games in the past. How to play this game is also very easy, on the left of the smartphone there are 4 buttons for going forward, going backwards, holding up the paper and also lying down.
In this first game, I was confronted by lots of fully clothed enemies who wanted to kill me, but with quick reflexes I managed to shoot these enemies first.
I also had to pass through several obstacles in front of me, such as the cube box in front of me. In this box there was also a new assault weapon that I could use to fight the enemies that kept coming.
I also had to strategize when shooting each enemy, sometimes I had to shoot while jumping so I could shoot right on target, then I also had to hide above the enemy by climbing to the top of the building so I could attack the enemy suddenly.
I also had to anticipate enemies who were parachuting down, before landing on the ground I had to quickly shoot them so that I wasn't surrounded from various directions.
And what got worse, now there were enemy helicopters and bombs that kept dropping from the air to kill me, but I quickly immediately raised my weapon up to shoot the helicopter and also the dangerous bombs that were falling towards me.
Finally, I was able to detonate the helicopter and its bombs before I was killed. And when I was about to reach the finish I had to run while pushing the box in front of me so that I wasn't directly hit by enemy fire in front of me.
After defeating a celestial enemy in front of me, I was finally able to finish this game and I was immediately picked up using a Military Transport Helicopter to return to Headquarters.
Playing this game is really full of nostalgia, if you used to enjoy this game on PS2, I really recommend you to try playing this game right now because this is a very exciting game, see you in the next post.
